With an unfinished top and back, it should not be used as a freestanding unit. The front and sides feature laminate that resists scratches, stains and spills to withstand heavy use. Compatibility includes desk, credenza and return shells that are 24" , 30" and 36" deep. Hanging pedestal file is not for use under 20" deep shells. Configuration includes one box drawer and one file drawer with hangrails for letter-size filing. Both drawers lock. Interchangeable, core-removable lock can be positioned on either the right or left side. Steel ball-bearing, drawer suspensions operate easily and quietly.
